Shipping and returns

Shipping:

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 situation, we highly suggest shipping of your purchase with a TRACKING NUMBER. Our company is not responsible for lost or stolen shipment.

Standard shipping doesn't come with a tracking number.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH CANADA POST.


 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT.

Please allow 1 week for the processing and shipping of your order.

Products ordered from iftoronto.ca are not delivered to PO boxes. Please make sure that your shipping address is a physical address.

  • Before shipping, your order is carefully inspected. All shipped goods become customer's property at the time they are accepted by carrier.
  • All freight damages must be reported to an appropriate shipping carrier within 3 business days.
  • Your are responsible for paying shipping cost, custom duties, taxes or any other tarrifs associated with the order. Iftoronto.com is not responsible for preparing any import or certificates documents.

Purchase and return:

Please allow 1 week for the processing and shipping of your order.

  1. All sales and orders are final.
  2. You can cancel or change your order within the same working day. There are no exchanges or returns once your order is in production.
  3. Our product is of excellent quality, but there may be slight nuances on our pictures from the actual product. Colours of product may not be exactly as shown on your computer screen (due to limitations of computers).
  4. In a case of manufacturing defect you can contact us with specifics. A return item should be returned in its original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition. Please note that once your return item is received and found worn or dirty, this item will be sent back to youwithout any reimbursement.
  5. Please take care when unpacking and repacking the products, and enclose a paper in the package with following information:
    1. Your name registered on our website
    2. Order number
    3. Specify the reason for returning the item
    4. The email address you use to login to our website
